Dr. Kathryn Egan (she/her)

Educator | Strategist | Neurodivergent Advocate

I founded Etiam Coaching and Consulting to bridge the gap between academic research, lived experience, and practical coaching. I hold a doctorate in Information Management from Syracuse University, where I combined my extensive background in Human Development, Public Health, and Data Science to focus on the inclusion of neurodivergent populations in mental health research, particularly around depression and suicidality.

I’ve worked with diverse communities teaching life skills, injury prevention, and public speaking, and spent years supporting neurodivergent individuals in crafting tools to thrive—without masking, without shame.
